Lakeshores Library System uses PDF files (portable document format), and a combination
of Microsoft Word documents (DOC) and Microsoft Excel documents (XLS)
to place documents on the web for viewing and/or downloading purposes.
To use a PDF file, if necessary, go to the Adobe
website and download your free version of Adobe
Reader. The reader
is free and allows you to
view, navigate, search within, and print PDF files across all
major computing platforms.
If you already have Adobe Reader, click on the appropriate PDF hyperlink
to view the file. Adobe Reader will start up, and the document
will load into your browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.).
